Tuition

Master of Business Administration

Enrollment fees: $150.00 per unit

Registration fee: $100.00 per program.

Thirty-nine (39) units are required for the completion of the MBA program.

Tuition and Fees: $5,850.00 (Does not include registration fee).

  • Installment: If program is completed in 18 months: 16 installment payments of $365.63 per month with 0% financing.
  • If program is completed in 12 months: 11 installment payments of $531.82 per month with 0% financing.
  • Full Payment: One full payment of $5,850.00

Bachelor of Business Administration

Enrollment fees: $70.00 per unit

Registration fee: $100.00 per program.

The required units for the BBA Program are 126 units divided in 43 lessons.

Tuition and Fees: $8,820.00 (Does not include program registration fee).

  • Installment Payments: 46 installment payments of $191.74 per month with 0% financing for any of the four concentrations.
  • Full Payment: One full payment of $8,820.00 per program for any of the four concentrations.

Associate of Science in Business

Enrollment fees: $70.00 per unit

The required units for the ASB Program are 60 units divided in 21 lessons.

Tuition and Fees: $4,200.00 (Does not include program registration fee).

  • Installment Payments: 22 installment payments of $190.91 per month with 0% financing for any of the four concentrations.
  • Full Payment: One full payment of $4,200.00 per program for any of the four concentrations.

Fees

Registration fee: $100.00. Application fee is included. This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Additional Copies of Transcripts: $ 5.00 -This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Change of Major: $100.00 -Student has the option to change major at any time. This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Transcript Evaluation (Transfer Credits) fee: $30.00 -Evaluation of transferred credits from another institution. This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Makeup Proctored Exam fee: $25.00 -If student fails the proctored examination he/she has to re-take the exam. This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Photocopies of Reference books: $5.00 -per 20-page document. This is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable.

Miscellaneous charges: Returned Check fee: $15.00, Late Payment Fee: $5.00. These are mandatory charges and are non-refundable.

Library deposit: $10.00 per library loan and delivery to the requesting person. This is a mandatory deposit and is refundable upon return of the book in good condition to WIU Library. A refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned book.

Payment Plans

Washington International University offers two payment plans: installment payments or payment in full. We accept major credit cards, checks, or money orders.

Financial Aid

Washington International University does not participate in any state or federal financial aid programs. However, WIU offers financial assistance to students in the form of payment plans. In addition, staff members will work with students who are experiencing temporary financial problems, to provide deferred payments.

Library Fee Reimbursement

WIU will reimburse the students up to $30.00 or we can work directly with the libraries regarding library membership fees.

From the WIU Library, we provide photocopies of reference books at
$5.00 for a 20 page document. The Library requires a $ 10.00 deposit per library loan and delivery.

Student Financial Records

Student financial records can be discussed only with the student, who must provide proper identification.
