Our Facility 

WIEC Real Estate School is located in 2200 sq. ft. of office and classroom space, housing the Dean's Office, Accounting, Administration, Student Records, Computer Center, an examination or study room, Compliance Office, a library, Student Affairs, and Registration Office.  Located on the principal business boulevard in Encino, in the San Fernando Valley, WIEC is just 30 minutes from Los Angeles (10 miles from Hollywood) and is easily reached by freeway or public transportation.  Parking, restrooms, and public areas are easily accessible.
